Proposals need review

AI-generated summaries, priorities, reply text and proposed meeting times can contain mistakes or omit information. Richard checks the source details and decides what to send, book or act upon. The assistant must label unavailable sources and uncertainty rather than treating missing information as a free calendar.

Scope

The agreed setup prepares email and scheduling proposals and records Richard’s explicit internal task instructions. It does not autonomously send email, book events, make purchases or manage DrumForm development. Richard’s existing project manager retains development responsibility.

Availability

Scheduled delivery depends on the server, account authorisations, model provider and Telegram. A daily brief is not an emergency alert or a guarantee that a new commitment will be noticed before its start time.
